INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We're excited to now offer International Shipping to:
Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, India and Hong Kong via USPS and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
For all other International shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All additional taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country of the shipping address and are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Under the Nile is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
At Under the Nile we take pride in the high quality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges for the purchase price or store credit within 15 days of receipt.
Please note you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags. It must also be in the original packaging. All clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
